Mr. Ghansham won in the court of public opinion

Dear Editor,

Somebody does not know their place and it was not the passenger, he had an assigned seat number. The flight attendant is the individual who needs to reassigned. American Airlines does not even make the top 25 airlines in the world. In the final count, the passenger played the flight attendant. Mr. Ghansham wins in the court of public opinion. Thousands of dollars spent, over a hundred people lives disrupted because a passenger called a flight attendant a ‘waiter’. I’m sure stockholders and upper management are thrilled by the return to ‘waiter-free JFK’. And one must keep in mind the airlines would not exist without a guaranteed tax payer bailout.

Sincerely,
Christopher Cantrell
