Fabian Smith, 34, was arrested by Police in connection with the murder of 55-year-old shopkeeper Andrew Harris of Surinamo Landin, Region #7. On Monday, August 7, 2023, he was charged with manslaughter, the police say.
The 34-year-old accused appeared before Magistrate Crystal Lambert at the Bartica Magistrate’s Court, where he was not required to plead to the charge and was remanded to prison until August 25, 2023.
