Region 10 gets land cruiser ambulance

Region 10 health authorities yesterday received one brand new Land Cruiser Ambulance valued at 15M.

A release from the Ministry of Health said that the ambulance will serve residents in Mabura Hill and other surrounding communities. The ambulance was purchased with Government of Guyana funds.

Minister of Health, Dr Frank Anthony also handed over several boats with engines, wheelchairs, gas cylinders, and solar vaccine refrigerators.

The solar vaccine refrigerators will be sent to health centres in Malali, Rock-stone, Great Falls, Calcuni, Coomacka, and River View.
