The police are investigating a suspected murder/suicide involving Ajay Budhan, a 26-year-old farmer of Long Creek Soesdyke/Linden Highway and Ashley Singh, an 18-year-old female from Soesdyke, which occurred between 00:30 hrs and 06:30 hrs today on a trail at Long Creek.
It is suspected that Budhan shot Singh and then shot himself. Singh’s body was found in a white Tundra and Budhan’s body was lying on the ground next to it. His shotgun was next to his body.
