Commander Regional Division #6, Senior Superintendent Shivpersaud Bacchus, on Friday last, led a Police team that met with the Mayors of New Amsterdam, Rose Hall Town, and Corrivertown, in Berbice.
A release from the police yesterday said that among those who accompanied Commander Bacchus were Assistant Superintendents Nedd, Hooke, Gravesandy, Newland, and Inspector O’Donoghue.
Commander Bacchus, who headed the team, highlighted to the Mayors and their respective Administrative staff the GPF’s security posture in the Berbice region and its strategic plan to ensure the safety and security of communities, the release said.
