The Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani and his delegation have arrived in Guyana for engagements aimed at bolstering bilateral cooperation, the Department of Public Information reported today.
He was greeted by Prime Minister Mark Phillips; Attorney General and Minister of Legal Affairs, Anil Nandlall, SC; Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Hugh Todd; Senior Minister in the Office of the President with Responsibility for Finance, Dr Ashni Singh; Minister of Public Works, Juan Edghill, and other cabinet ministers and government officials.
