On behalf of myself and the team from Mabadap Apiary, I would like to express my sincerest thanks to the Ministry of Agriculture’s Guyana Livestock Development Authority (GLDA) for facilitating the participation of Mabadap Apiary at the recently concluded Agri-investment Forum and Expo.
It was indeed a fulfilling experience and a pleasure to meet with others involved in apiculture and the other branches of agriculture. I was able to showcase our products and interact with others involved in the industry and surely in the future, there will be some new products as a result of these collaborations.
I was especially happy to be present at the signing of the MOU between the Governments of Guyana and Cuba to boost and develop Guyana’s apiculture industry. I do hope those who were fortunate to try Mabadap Honey for the first time had an exceptional experience as this could not have been possible without the support of the GLDA’s Region 9 team and the Bee Unit.
