How would these international bodies respond to a favourable ruling by the ICJ?

Dear Editor,

Were the ICJ to rule favourably on the provisional requests of Guyana, and Venezuela still proceeds with its unlawful referendum, would world bodies such as UN and OAS suspend or expel that country from membership of those organizations? For the UN, it might have to be the Security Council which will have to vote on such a move. Vetoing is envisaged by some countries.  What does the Charter of the OAS say on such a measure?

Sincerely,

Shamshun Mohamed
