Last Wednesday at his Brickdam Headquarters, Minister of Health, Dr Frank Anthony received a courtesy call visit from Mount Sinai Health Sytem.
The meeting was to review and discuss the implementation and expansion of the comprehensive health screening for schoolchildren, which commenced this August, a release from the Ministry of Health said.
Present at this meeting were, the Director of Primary Health Care Services, Dr Ertensia Hamilton; Dr Rachel Vreeman, Director of Mount Sinai’s Arnold Institute for Global Health; Dr Alexandra Coria, Pediatrician & Faculty Lead for Child & Youth Health in Guyana; Josue Alcantara, the Country Director, Mount Sinai Guyana and Dr Niccollette Tamayo, Programme Manager attached to Mount Sinai Health System.
