Dear Editor,
It seems some quarters would have wanted the GPF to ignore the magistrate’s instructions in the service of the defendant’s summons, given the furore over its service. The talk of upholding the rule of law is cheap for some when upholding such law goes against them or not in their best interest. Cries of discrimination, political interference and being critical of criticism then take hold. Oh, what a tangled web….
