(Trinidad Express) A gunman broke into a family’s home in Tabaquite before dawn today and killed a man.
Dead is Frank Moore, of Mandobe Trace.
In 2022, Moore survived an attempt on his life, when he was shot multiple times.
On that occasion, a gunman ambushed and shot him and a woman as he drove along a forested area near the Tabaquite Composite School on February 25 of that year.
Moore, the owner of a spiritual shop in Couva, was shot five times and his female worker, was shot once.
The suspect was never found.
Moore said then that the shooting was a case of mistaken identity.
At around 2.40a.m today, the suspect entered the house and ordered the family to lie on the floor.
The suspect went into Moore’s bedroom and shot him dead.
Moore’s killing is the 18th for the year.
