Dear Editor,
I noticed that on President Ali’s visit to Mahaica various issues within specific areas were addressed. However, some of those issues such as the silted drainage canals, occur in much of the entire Mahaica district. I am requesting via this medium that the canals in Helena No. 2 also be in consideration to be desilted and regular maintenance be implemented so that it doesn’t require a presidential visit to set things straight.
