The Guyana Water Inc (GWI) says it is upgrading the distribution network in Campbellville and Newtown and these works will last up to March 30.
In a notice in today’s Sunday Stabroek, GWI said that the work will be done in seven lots:
-Garnett and Craig streets between Middleton and Sheriff Sts
-John and William streets between Middleton and Sheriff Sts
-Along Delph Avenue and Duncan St between Campbell Road and Sheriff St
-Along Campbell Road from Lamaha to Duncan and Republic Sts and to Lamaha St
-Along Owen and Garnett Sts between Republic St and Campbell Road
-D’Andrade and Da Silva Sts between Republic St and Campbell Road
-De Abreu St between Lamaha and Duncan Sts
GWI said that the activities will include excavation and pipe installation, construction of DI trench crossing, sand filling and complete site reinstatement.
