Vengy defeated Black Pearl by a 2-1 score when the Georgetown Football Association’s (GFA) ‘Black History Month’ Pre-Season Championship continued on Wednesday evening.
Franciso Hernandez and Brian James were on target in the win.
The tournament will also continue on Sunday at the same venue with four matches. At 15:00hrs, Order and Discipline will oppose Beacons, while Eastveldt will engage Black Pearl from 16:30hrs, and Genesis will take aim at Vengy from 18:00hrs. In the final encounter, Santos will oppose the Riddim Squad outfit at 20:00hrs.
