Rodrigues and Chief Executive Officer of CH&PA, Sherwyn Greaves,  handed over Agreements of Sale to some of the beneficiaries.

With ownership documents, these individuals and their families will be able to have legal access to utilities such as electricity and water, and approach financial institutions for loans/mortgages.

Rodrigues later conducted a site visit at the Fitz Hope area of Linden, Region Ten.

The Minister was accompanied by Jamal Brotherson, an engineer attached to the CH&PA and other technical staff.

Infrastructure works executed in the area include the construction of road networks. These works will improve accessibility to the scheme for allottees and also enable the creation of sustainable communities in keeping with the Housing Ministry’s mandate.
