Having noted the announcement by Minister Todd that the Government of Guyana has signed an MOU with the ‘State of Palestine’ I would ask our Minister Todd for details of this ‘State’ as I can find no details online; its geography is of special importance. I look forward to seeing a map, motto and governance structure at the very least.
