Ruggers dumped from NACRA over late registration

Guyana, the six-time NACRA men’s Sevens champions were booted out of this year’s championships slated for the Cayman Islands next month without playing a game following late registration by five hours.

Suriname sweep Guyana at volleyball

From Emmerson Campbell in Suriname Suriname’s male volleyball team rallied for a thrilling come-from-behind 3-2 victory over Guyana while their female compatriots grounded the visiting Guyana female team in straight sets when action in the second leg of the Inter Guiana Games (IGG) served off here in Paramaribo, Suriname last night.
