Dear Editor,
Being a Guyanese and Essequibian, I have been following the proposals in the country’s 2014 Budget, and all I have seen so far as a major project for the Essequibo Coast is drainage and irrigation works.
Dear Editor,

Dear Editor,
As a concerned citizen living in the New Diamond Scheme on the East Bank, I write to inform you that there are three empty house lots near to my lot that have not been weeded for two years or more.
Dear Editor,
Well known and boisterous political personality and host of the TV programme ‘Under the Microscope’ Mr Ian Halls is never weary of telling ad nauseam which roads are the responsibility of the local authority and which of the central government.
Dear Editor,
