Dear Editor, I noticed in SN’s edition of November 30 Mr Romeo Ramdehol wrote about Queenstown and the insouciance of the residents about protesting the decimation which has taken place there (‘Businesses are operating in Queenstown in defiance of the bylaws’).

Dear Editor, There continues to be an absence of ethics, professional conduct and moral fortitude in our dear land, Guyana.

We are living in exciting times. Technology that was not even a dream 30 years ago is available in the palm of our hands.
