Dear Editor, This letter is in response to the news of a mentally ill man attacking a schoolboy on Wednesday morning, November 28, in front of Parliament Building.
Dear Editor, I write to inform you that, as a neighbour of the ongoing construction of a three storey building in front of my two properties situate at 148 and 142 Fabricating Street, Eccles, I have not been consulted about its development by the Neighbourhood Democratic Council (NDC) by way of notice under the laws of Guyana laid down for planning permission nor, as I understand it, has planning permission been granted by the NDC or Central Housing and Planning.
