Cavendish to have shoulder surgery

LONDON, (Reuters) – Britain’s Mark Cavendish needs shoulder surgery as a result of the crash that ruled him out of the Tour de France, Omega Pharma-Quick Step boss Patrick Lefevere said yesterday.

Krul shootout saves send Dutch into semis
