PORT-OF-SPAIN, Trinidad, CMC-The West Indies Players Association (WIPA) is accusing outgoing WICB CEO Ernest Hilaire of making misleading statements concerning a recent ruling in favour of West Indies cricketer Ramnaresh Sarwan.
