Beach clean-up underway for Easter activities

According to a Government Information Agency (GINA) press release, Prashad visited the areas to check on works after published reports that they were in a deplorable state and not fit to host the annual Easter kite flying competition and Chutney beach jam. “As you can see, works are currently in progress… I must assure you that works will be done at the stipulated timeframe and the beach will be ready in time for the upcoming celebrations,” Prashad said.

At Hope beach, Prashad said the bridge used to traverse to and from the beach will be renovated with eight more 2×4 planks and rails.
