Singh promises to uphold high standards of club

Newly-elected president of the Everest Cricket Club (ECC) mark Singh has pledged to upkeep the high standards and tradition of the club.

Singh made the remarks during his acceptance speech following his election at the club’s annual general meeting recently.

Rajesh Singh was elected senior vice president – while Stephen Lewis is the junior vice president.

Other office bearers for the new term are Carmachand Rambarran, secretary, Neil Singh, assistant secretary, Prataap Persaud, treasurer, Royston Rachpaul, assistant treasurer and Malcolm Sonaram, club captain.

The committee members are:-Ramjit Singh, Mohabir Sukhpaul, Feroz Khan and Safraz Ally.
