Neal and Massy yesterday turned the sod for its new distribution warehouse at Mon-trose, East Coast Demerara.
The multimillion-dollar facility will see the consolidation of Neal and Massy’s two major groups, Geddes Grant and Marketing and Distri-bution, which will both be benefiting from it.
Deo Persaud, CEO of Neal and Massy, stated that the warehouse is part of Neal and Massy’s drive to grow and perfect its distribution business, which it aims to ensure is the best in Guyana.
Persaud also said that with the new facility, there will be improved customer services. He also hoped that Neal and Massy will be able to attract and maintain people of calibre to serve in their company.
Prime Minister Samuel Hinds was also in attendance at the sod turning.
