The Guyana Rugby Football Union (GRFU) organized a practice match on Saturday between players of South (green team) and North Georgetown (green team) to get their competitive juices flowing once again for the upcoming season.
The yellow team defeated the green team 15 points (three tries) to 10 points (two tries).The friendly game was played at the National Park rugby field.
According to members of the GRFU, the rugby season will officially kick off this weekend with a 15s club championship at the same venue.
