Roxanne Rae appeared yesterday in a city court facing a fraudulent conversion charge.

It is alleged that between February 1 and February 28, 2013, being solely entrusted by Montague Spencer with a quantity of gold, valued $1.8M, to be kept and returned, she fraudulently converted it to her own use and benefit.
