A Non Pareil man was reported to have been shot several times during a robbery in the East Coast Demerara village yesterday.
Khemraj Ramdeo, age 34 years called ‘Sugar’ was rushed to the Georgetown Public Hospital nursing multiple gunshot wounds some time after 1 pm. His condition was listed as stable up to press time.
Details surrounding how Ramdeo was injured are sketchy but hospital sources say there was a robbery in the area and the man was shot.
