In brief remarks, Ronald Burch-Smith thanked the Georgetown Club for allowing them to use the facilities and to Bounty Farm Limited for its sponsorship of the event.

Burch-Smith added that the tournament was a good warm-up for the juniors ahead of the upcoming junior Mashramani tournament billed for February 27.

Bounty Farm Limited representative Garfield Wiltshire responded by giving the assurance that the company would continue to provide sponsorship for tournaments.

Meanwhile GSA will hold their Annual General meeting (AGM) on March 6.
