Dear Editor,
The annual Santa parade undertaken by Fogarty’s is a much anticipated event for children. However, the addition of the partially nude ‘Pepsi girls’ was absolutely tasteless, especially since this event includes children. Attire like that belongs to the strip club, not a kids event.
Come on now. Is it any wonder why the moral fabric of our society is in such a state of decay? Who conceptualised this wardrobe? If we wanted our kids to see half naked ladies, we’d be buying them Playboy magazines!
The organisers of Fogarty’s should seek to make appropriate attire compulsory for sponsors/participants of future parades.
