A North West District man was early yesterday morning fatally stabbed during a fight with another man, police say.
Dead is Michael Fredericks, 25, of Matthews Ridge, North West District. Reports reaching this newspaper state that around 1 am yesterday Fredericks and his attacker had a fight during which time he was stabbed to his upper chest and side. He was air-dashed to the city, but died before getting to the Georgetown Hospital, where he was pronounced dead on arrival last evening. Police have since taken into custody his attacker.
