Dear Editor,
I am writing in relation to a letter by Frank Fyffe captioned “This schoolgirls’ steel band deserves support” (08.03.02) which refers to the Wismar Christiansburg Multilateral Schoolgirls’ steelband. The writer stated that the instructor when interviewed lamented on the conditions of the instruments they played and asked for assistance.
We are a steelpan company in the US of Guyanese origin and would like to help. Please send us some info on the band (address, contact person etc) so we can make contact.
