Caricom leaders hope to complete internal consultations which will enable the signature of the Economic Partnership Agreement (EPA) with the European Community by June 30th.
The conclusion of the deal has created controversy in Caricom with leading regional luminaries calling for a comprehensive review of it before any signature and searing criticism of it by some regional heads including President Bharrat Jagdeo.
