Dear Editor,
The Olympic torch passing through Europe and America was hampered by protesters demanding China ends its occupation of Tibet.
China has brought progress to Tibet in many ways in spite of the occupation. Israel on the other hand commits every possible crime against the Palestinians, why don’t these same protesters, so vibrant against China, demand Israel stop its crimes against the Palestinians.
It is reported that the three Bs, Bush, Brown and Ban Ki-moon will not go to the opening of the games. Well let them stay away and suit themselves. The games will still go on. Leave China alone let them have their glory.
