Farmer remanded over buggery of three-year-old

A 22-year-old man was remanded when he appeared before Magistrate Melissa Robertson-Ogle on a charge of buggery.

It is alleged that on July 21, 2006, Ricardo Bayley, a farmer of 150 Guyhoc Park, buggered a 3-year-old child. The child is now five years old.

According to reports, a 10-year-old relative of the child had caught the man in the act and told adults in the home.
Bayley returns to court on June 6.
