Beepats workers to get six ‘personal’ days each year

Regent Street trading establishment Beepats will be making life easier for its employees as the company recognizes the importance of their personal and domestic needs.

According to a statement yesterday from the company, employees will be offered one personal day’s leave every two months, in addition to their annual leave, to attend to their domestic and personal needs while being paid as on a regular working day.

‘This is a trial program that we are implementing as we recognized our hard working employees need to still live a quality life. While our company faces economic challenges as everyone else, we are cognizant of human needs and that is our response”, CEO of the company, Dennis  Beepat noted.
