Lennox ‘Too Sharp’ Allen and Leon ‘The Lion’ Gilkes would headline the five fight card with a 12 round encounter for the vacant National Super Middleweight title. In the main supporting bout Guyana’s world rated Leon ‘Hurry-up’ Moore will face Dexter Marques for his National Bantamweight title.

Stanford Solomon head of S and S Promotion had recently told this news papers that in the past he had singled handedly financed most of his bouts and lauded the way corporate Guyana came on board this time around.

He also mentioned at the presentations that with this type of support, it would only mean well for the sport of boxing and would draw new blood to the sport.
