Magistrate Ann McLennan granted $75,000 bail to a farmer accused of unlawful and malicious wounding, when he appeared to answer to the charges at the Christianburg Magistrate’s Court on Tuesday.
It is alleged that on July 4, at Amelia’s Ward, 53-year-old Trevor Moses of 1027 Cinderella City unlawfully and maliciously wounded Gary Samuels.
The prosecution did not object to bail.
Moses was ordered to return to court on September 8.
