Thomas Road and Albert Street will be closed to vehicular traffic from 6 pm tomorrow to facilitate the smooth conduct of the Independence Anniversary Flag Raising Ceremony.
In a traffic advisory issued yesterday, police informed that from 6 pm tomorrow to approximately 1am on Tuesday, Thomas Road between Camp Road and JB Singh Road) and Albert Street between Woolford Avenue and Thomas Road) will be closed to the general public.
Drivers of motor vehicles, the advisory further informed, are required to enter the National Park through the Carifesta Avenue entrance.
