indictable charge of carnal knowledge when acting Chief Magistrate Melissa Robertson read it to him.

It is alleged that on January 1, at Matthew’s Ridge, he had carnal knowledge of the 11-year-old.

Henry, who was unrepresented in court, stated “Ah real sorry foh wah ah do to them two lil girls” and added that he was wrong. Prosecutor Stephen Telford then informed the magistrate that another charge of a similar nature involving a six-year-old girl is expected to be laid against Henry. He requested that Henry be remanded to prison and that the matter be transferred to the Matthew’s Ridge Magistrates’ Court.

The magistrate subsequently ordered that the matter be transferred to the Matthew’s Ridge Court for March 14.
