For some time now, the quality of brown sugar on the market is, to put it politely, questionable – both in colour and taste. This monopoly company has not seen it necessary to give an explanation to its captive long suffering public. Could we hope that when the last hurrahs to the various champions of the country and the industry are over, we might expect the courtesy of a statement?
