Excellent! Who could disagree with the initiative that every schoolchild should have a laptop computer? May I suggest however, that these laptops be strong enough for children to take them to school and use them for seats and desks, since there seems to be a severe shortage of the most essential tools in schools. Parents bring your desk and bench! We will give your child a computer!
When will those teachers be paid, who worked during the summer vacation doing remedial work with our less-than-literate children?
I hope the “free” computers would be loaded with appropriate software for remedial work, since next summer only computers would be doing the teaching.
Talk about the cart before the horse.
