The Kingsrow Gym team for the Guyana Amateur Power-lifting Federation (GAPF) national championships continued their preparation yesterday.
According to vice president of the GAPF and lifter John ‘Big John’ Edwards the team is stepping up the preparation for the tournament since it is expected that the championships will be keenly contested.
