A sixteen-year-old boy was today charged with murder in the Georgetown Magistrate’s Court.
The boy, who can’t be named for legal reasons, was accused of murdering 18-year-old Dwayne Durant of 60 William Street, Kitty on the seawall on Thursday. He was stabbed to the neck.
Another 16-year-old boy is accused of attempting to steal a gold chain from Trevor Barrow. Barrow was in the company of Durant at the time. Barrow also sustained injuries.
