I wish to extend congratulations to Pandit Reepu Daman Persaud and the Dharmic Sabha for once again organising and staging a magnificient and spectacular Diwali Motorcade.
Guyanese of every religious background and all walks of life turned out in thousands to see this event. The philosophy and art forms of each float combined with divine chanting were indeed inspirational. Once again they have made Hindus proud.
