The Guyana Draughts Association (GDA) will be holding a Region Three draughts competition tomorrow at the Land View Restaurant and Park, Meten-Meer-Zorg, West Coast Demerara.

Players from the West Bank, Vergenoegen and Parika have indicated their intentions to participate in the championships.

In a press release from the GDA all players from Region Three are invited to take part.  At stake will be trophies that will be donated by the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sport.

Starting time for the competition is 10:00hrs while registration will be at 09:00hrs. All other persons desirous of competing in the tournament are asked to contact the GDA president Mr. Jairam on 614-6671.
