The police say they are investigating a fatal accident that occurred at about 11 last night on Avenue of the Republic, Georgetown, and which resulted in the death of motorcyclist Elvis Singh, 53 years, of Non Pariel, ECD.
Investigations, according to the police, revealed that Singh was riding his motorcycle along the roadway when it is reported that he rode into a pool of water and lost control of the vehicle. He fell and suffered injuries and was taken to the GPHC where he was pronounced DOA.
