Acting Chief Magistrate Priya Sewnarine-Beharry granted self bail to two neighbours accused of assaulting each other following a misunderstanding.
The Georgetown Magistrates’ Court heard that Onika Nedd and Perter Henderson on November 5 unlawfully assaulted each other as a result of a misunderstanding. They both pleaded not guilty to the charges.
The duo was placed on a bond to keep the peace pending the determination of the matter. They were ordered to return to court on November 29.
