Dear Editor,
It would be a public service if you could print from the laws of Guyana and from the GECOM procedures the official procedure for managing the ballot papers after the close of poll and the counting of votes at the place of poll. It is a disappointment that the GECOM website still has a number of empty pages (marked ‘Coming Soon’) at this stage in the election cycle.
