Police say that investigations are being conducted into the circumstances surrounding the death of Balkarran Kissoon, 24 years, of Walton Hall, Essequibo Coast, who died yesterday at the GPHC.
Investigations so far have revealed that Kissoon was travelling in the tray of an open-back motor pick-up along the Walton Hall Public Road on August 22, 2012, when he is reported to have fallen off the vehicle.
